● Using brushless motor
Brushless motor with low interference, low noise, smooth operation, long life, and low maintenance cost. The brushless motor has no brush and low interference. The brushless motor removes the brush. The most direct change is to remove the spark generated when the brush motor is running, which greatly reduces the interference of the spark to the remote control radio.
The noise is low and the operation is smooth. The brushless motor has no brush, the friction is greatly reduced during operation, the operation is smooth, and the noise is much lower. This advantage is a great support for the stability of the equipment.
Long life, low maintenance cost, less brush, brushless motor wear is mainly on the bearing, from a mechanical point of view, the brushless motor is almost a maintenance-free motor, ( the minimum life is brushed motor 10 times or more ). When necessary, just do some dust removal maintenance. From the previous comparison, we know where the advantages of the brushless motor relative to the brushed motor are.

This spindle comes with forced air cooling and can work for a long time.

● Speed control mode
The default potentiometer speed control can be directly controlled by the rotary potentiometer.
Analog quantity control, VR pin is connected to voltage signal input terminal, GND pin is grounded ( voltage range 0-5V ).
Note: the external voltage signal control needs to be removed after potentiometer control takes effect, otherwise it cannot be controlled.
The external PWM signal input can be used to control the speed regulation. The external PWM input requirements are level 3.5 - 12V VPP, frequency 1K - 10KHz, suitable for MACH3 spindle control speed regulation.
Note: the external PWM signal control needs to be removed potentiometer control Only take effect, otherwise it cannot be controlled.
● Motor running / stop control ( EN )
The on / off of the control terminal EN relative to GND can control the stop and operation of the motor. The EN foot is suspended and the motor is stopped. When it is connected to the GND terminal, the motor stops.
● Motor forward / reverse control ( F / R )
Control the on/off of F / R and + 5V to control the running direction. When F / R and + 5V are not connected, the motor runs counterclockwise, otherwise, the motor runs clockwise.
